I purchased a Seiko watch that was nicely marked down from Steffans back in September 22. I placed my order on a Friday morning, and to my surprise, the watch arrived Saturday afternoon. I definitely didn't see that coming. It was packaged beautifully, just as I had requested, even with the discount, and they included a little gift along with a lovely ribbon on the watch box. Truly exceptional service, in my opinion, and they really stand out with their extra care.

Awesome holiday sale. Snagged a limited edition Tissot T-Race timepiece. They delivered it the next day just like they said! The watch was packed up nicely by Felix. I'm really into the watch too. Huge thanks to Steffans Jeweller. I’ll surely shop with you again.

After being informed by the jewelers where I got my engagement and wedding rings that resizing wasn't possible, I reached out to Steffans Jewellers. They were incredibly helpful. Their communication was quick, and the lady I spoke with was super patient while we worked out my new size. Everything came back to me in just 2 weeks, looking as good as new and fitting just right. I reached out to Steffans on WhatsApp prior to making my purchase to chat about engraving options. Reece was the one who helped me out. Super helpful and even sent me some pics of the item I ordered. Quick replies too! Their customer service is truly outstanding. I’ll surely be back for more shopping.

While I was looking for gifts for Valentine's Day, I reached out to Steffans to confirm they could get my order delivered before the big day. They assured me with a confident ‘Yes’, so I went ahead and placed my order.

By Friday the 12th, I hadn’t received any updates apart from the initial order confirmation email. I decided to follow up and was told once again, ‘Yes, it’ll arrive by Special Delivery. You’ll have it tomorrow.’

Come Friday afternoon, I got missed calls and emails saying 1. The items won’t arrive in time for Valentine’s. 2. Here are some alternatives; but guess what? They can’t reach you by Valentine’s either (what’s the point of that?).

With the current state of high street retail, this is no way to treat online shoppers.

Now, I’m left scrambling with no time to find a gift for my partner.

I gotta say, I’ve been really blown away by Steffans. From the first question I had to the final product, they were super helpful. I ordered a watch online on Saturday from Steffans Northampton. The site mentioned a 7-10 day pre-order period. Before placing my order, I called and chatted with Max, who was super helpful. He informed me they had one available and set it aside for me. True to his word, it was shipped out for next day delivery on Monday. I had never heard of Steffans until I stumbled upon them online over the weekend, but I’d definitely recommend them and would buy from them again without a second thought. Really happy with my purchase. Thanks a bunch, Steffans!

Steer clear of these jokers!! I placed an order with Steffans Jewellers expecting it to arrive in 2-4 days. By day 3, I reached out since I hadn’t gotten any tracking details, and they told me it was shipping that day. Surprise, surprise, it didn’t show up the next day, so I called again and was informed it was still being picked for dispatch. When I reminded them of what I was told the day before, the guy disappeared for a bit and then returned to say they actually don’t have it in stock. Now my girlfriend is left without her birthday gift. Do yourself a solid and go with a trustworthy company like Beaverbrooks or Goldsmiths, 'cause these folks will just feed you excuses and won’t keep their word.

Once more, I received exceptional, friendly, and genuine service at Steffans. Even though I’m based in Colchester, Essex, I don’t mind making the 2-hour trek to Northampton just to shop here because it’s such a wonderful experience. I’ve dropped over 3k on Tag Heuer watches in this unique and stylish shop, and I’ll always stick with them for any future buys. Big shoutout to Max, who was super helpful; we even teamed up to sneak a new watch for my girlfriend into the bag without her catching on! Highly recommend!

Steffan's had the TISSOT SUPERSPORT CHRONO TOUR DE FRANCE 2020 watch available with interest-free payments, and I just couldn't pass it up. When I tried to order, it was out of stock. I called Steffan's to ask if they would be getting more in. Sadly, they said no. But the next day, the lovely lady I spoke with called me back to say that two had come in and would be listed on their site. I jumped on it right away at 2 PM on Tuesday, and by 9:30 AM Wednesday, the watch was on my wrist! The service was unbelievable, and the delivery time was top-notch. I’ll definitely be shopping at Steffan's again. Big shoutout to the girl who went above and beyond with her customer service!

I made a deal with them, but they changed their mind after I agreed. They seem disorganized and really don’t know what’s going on. Seriously, spend a bit extra to work with someone who actually cares about their customers!

I ordered the Tag Heuer Connected 20 from this place. At first, they said it would take 7 days for delivery... but after 6 weeks, I finally got my watch. Communication was pretty lacking, and I had to reach out every time, never heard from Steffans. They also said I’d get an upgraded watch strap for the hassle, but that didn’t happen. Instead, I received the basic one. To say I’m not happy with the whole buying experience would be an understatement. That’s why I ended up getting my new Bell & Ross BR03-92 from a different jeweler. Honestly, I’m leaning towards a 2-star rating, and that’s being kind.
